This page defines the Terms and
Conditions for the Promotions
for Casinos that are part of the
Vegas Partner Lounge Group.
Vegas Partner Lounge includes:

1. Eligibility

The promotion is only valid
for any player who registers
a Real Account at this
Casino
-
Strictly one Real Account
per household is permitted.
-
Irregularities between the
name of the casino account
holder and the name of the
credit card holder, on the
credit card used to make
purchases will invalidate
the offer. The name of the
casino account holder must
match the name of the credit
card holder.

Suspicious cash-ins will be
audited.
-
The Casino Promotions
Department will be the sole
judge of the promotional
offer. We reserve the right,
exercisable in its sole
discretion to discontinue or
cancel any promotional offer
at any time for any reason
whatsoever without notice.
Any person deviating from
the promotional rules may be
disqualified.

Employees, officers or
directors of Vegas Partner
Lounge Casinos, its
promotional or other
agencies, licensees and
licensors, service providers
and any other associated or
affiliated companies shall
not be eligible for entry.
The same terms shall apply
for the direct families of
such persons.

Players must be over the age
of Legal Majority i.e.
players must be an adult as
the term is legally defined
in the player's
jurisdiction.

Players shall not allow any
other person or third party
including, without
limitation to any minor, to
participate in the games.

Each promotion rule shall be
severable from each of the
other rules, and if any
rules are found to be void,
invalid or unenforceable for
any reason, the remaining
rules shall remain in force
and in effect.
2. Minimum Wager Requirements

Wager Definition: A wager is
defined in the following
example: if you wager 5
credits each on two Slot
spins, winning the one and
losing the other, your
credit balance will not
change, yet this counts as
10 credits wagered.

Our Bonus System gives
players more control over
their account with a Bonus
Account Balance and Cash
Account Balance. Convert
your Bonus casino credits
into Cash casino credits
once you’ve met the wagering
requirements.
It has many advantages:

2.1 Rules
-
A Player’s total account
balance consists of a cash
account balance and a bonus
account balance.
-
A Player’s bonus account
cannot be cashed in, but can
be used to place wagers.
-
A player’s Cash Account may
only be cashed in once the
balance of the Bonus Account
is zero and 100 or more bets
have been placed since
registration.
-
Bonus amounts credited to a
Player’s bonus account are
subject to 30 times play
through (and 100 bets on
your first purchase) before
they may be cashed in.
-
Take note that some games
played may contribute a
different percentage of the
wager - up to 100%, towards
the required wagering:

Slots, Parlor Games
count full (100%) to
wagering requirements.
-
Table Poker, all
Roulettes, Casino War
and Sicbo count a
quarter (25%) to
wagering requirements.

Video Poker, Craps,
Baccarat count a
twentieth (5%) to
wagering requirements

All Blackjacks counts a
fiftieth (2%) to
wagering requirements.

Note: The Wagering
Requirements are subject to
the bonus amount and not
your deposit amount

As the required play-through
requirements are met, funds
are automatically
transferred from the
Player’s bonus account to
their cash account.

Play-through is achieved
when any real money wager is
made. The Player can use
either their bonus or their
cash account.
-
For any wagers made, the
wager is deducted from the
Player’s cash account. If
there is no cash available,
then the wager is deducted
from the bonus account. This
effectively means that funds
in the Player’s bonus
account are only played if
there is no cash balance.
-
Winnings on wagers made from
a Player’s cash account are
credited directly to their
cash account. Winnings on
wagers made from a Player’s
bonus account are credited
to their bonus account.
-
Where crediting a Player’s
bonus account with winnings
would result in the bonus
account exceeding the size
of the original bonus
amount, any excess winnings
are credited to the Player’s
cash account.
-
Please Note: the "Gamble"
Feature on Slots and the
"Double" feature on Video
Poker, do NOT count towards
wagering requirements. Only
initial bets count and any
double up instruction
thereafter is issued to the
Cash Account balance. Should
the automatic system fail to
remove your bonus if the
Wagering Requirements are
not met, the casino is
entitled to do so.
3. Promotion Abuse

Vegas Partner Lounge Casino
management reserves the
right to determine whether
play has been deemed to be
promotion abuse even though
there may have been
compliance with the above
terms and conditions. In
addition non compliance with
the above terms and
conditions shall be deemed
to be promotion abuse. As
such in
both of
these cases, Vegas Partner
Lounge Casino Management has
the right at its sole
discretion to take the
following action against
such abusers :

If identified as a bonus
abuser Vegas Partner
Lounge reserves the
right to deny a player
any download bonus on
initial deposits. In
such cases, the original
deposit will be
refunded, however, the
player will not benefit
from the bonus-promotion
judged to have been
abused.

Abusing player accounts
may be terminated with
immediate effect.
-
Players found to be
abusing promotions may
be barred from receiving
further promotional
offers at the casino.
-
In the event that the
casino deems a player to
have misused a casino
account for the
exploitation of
promotional offers,
without ever
demonstrating any degree
of risk with personal
funds or serious
intention to play, the
redemption of all such
promotional offers,
including but not
limited to sign-up
bonuses, will be
suspended until such
times as the player
demonstrates a purchase
history at the casino.

We contribute to and
make use of a shared
industry database of
promotion abusers and
fraudsters. Individuals
known from this database
will not be eligible for
any promotional offers
and the casino reserves
the right to lock their
account and refuse
access to the casino.

Information on known
promotion abusers may be
forwarded to Proc-Cyber
Services (PCS) and Borth
Holdings Ltd, our e-cash
partners and may result
in such player being
barred from receiving
bonuses at any other
casino using PCS
4. Terms and Conditions
Applicable to Bonuses and/or
Promotions

4.2 Cash Back Bonuses (where
offered)

The "Cash Back" bonus amount
will only be paid to players
who made a deposit within a
7 day period between 00:01
EST (GMT-5) on Monday
morning and Midnight EST
(GMT-5) on Sunday Evening.

Your Cash Back Bonus will be
calculated using both your
losses (excluding any
bonuses) and your purchases
and will be calculated as
10% of the lesser of the
two.

Any cashin request before

in full will result in the
bonus being removed and/or
your cash-in will be token

be made in the form of

4.3 Match Bonuses (where
offered)

4.4 No-Deposit Bonuses (where
offered)

Offer applicable only to new
Real Players, who download

players will not receive
this bonus.

For the download bonus
players need to register at
least one credit card or
make a purchase using any
method before qualifying for
a download bonus.

Because NO purchase is
required, and the winnings
returned could be sizable,
the total winnings on all

Should the player win in
excess of $/£/€500 the
excess will be removed from
the players account before

5. Publication of Winner Details

6. Additional Terms

In the event of any dispute,

full and final.
No correspondence will be entered into.

Transfer of funds between
player accounts will be
accommodated, but only on
the presentation of written
requests from both parties.

management reserves the
right to end or change any

time.

Participation in any
promotion is subject to
acceptance of the casino's
General Terms & Conditions.

Each clause contained in
these terms and conditions
shall be separate and
severable from each of the
others. If any clause is
found to be void, invalid,
or unenforceable for any
reason, the remaining rules
shall remain of full force
and effect. All dates and
times stipulated in these
terms and conditions are
based on Eastern Standard
Time (GMT-5), unless
otherwise stated.
7. Inter-Account Transfers

An Inter-account Transfer
can only take place if you
have an existing account at
Vegas Partner Lounge.
-
An Inter-account Transfer
can only be made from and to
your own existing accounts,
within the same Casino
Group.
-
As a player at Vegas Partner
Lounge, it is agreed that
one is not permitted to make
an Inter-account Transfer to
other accounts that are not
registered in one’s name.
-
Once a transfer has been
initiated to another
account, <casino group>
cannot be held liable for
the transfer and will not
transfer money back to the
transferors account; unless
requested and authorized by
the receiver of the funds.

<casino group> reserves the
right to reject any
Inter-account Transfer
request or to reverse any
Inter-account Transfer upon
suspicion of a breach of any
of the Terms and Conditions.

he recipient as well as the
transferee will need to
submit "full documentation"
to the Cashier before the
money transfer is initiated.

The client must acknowledge
that when requesting an
Inter-account Transfer that
it is only for the purpose
of playing at Vegas Partner
Lounge, or at another casino
within the same Casino
Group, with which one may
have an active account.
The client acknowledges that
when requesting an
Inter-account Transfer, that
it is only for the purpose
of playing at Vegas Partner
Lounge, and not for any
other purposes.
PLEASE NOTE: We cannot process
deposits or withdrawls from
players residing in the US using
NETeller, NETeller Instacash,
Moneybookers, Money Transfer,
Echeck, Citadel or Firepay.
